[163] 安德烈·安德烈耶维奇·弗拉索夫（Andrey Andreyevich Vlasov，1901～1946），原为苏联红军将领，曾在中国担任蒋介石的军事顾问。二战初期，作为军长和集团军司令员，他在莫斯科保卫战当中发挥了重要作用。1942年初，在为列宁格勒解围的作战中，弗拉索夫兵败被俘，后投奔德军，担任所谓“俄罗斯解放军”领导人，为德国效力。战争末期他被苏联俘获，以叛国罪被判处死刑。
