DLI是第一个成功应用于临床的恶性血液病的过继性免疫治疗方法，为其他过继性免疫治疗方法的研究提供了很好的借鉴作用，为进一步研究GVHD、GVL的发生和干预机制奠定了基础。随着分子和细胞免疫学的研究进展及临床实践的不断探索，越来越多的过继性免疫治疗方法应用于造血干细胞移植领域，旨在不引起严重GVHD的前提下最大限度地诱导GVL效应，提高移植后病人的长期无病生存率和生活质量。
