1700638230 随着分子生物学的逐步发展,人们对各种疾病的发病机理也逐渐清楚起来。如机体识别自己和异己的免疫反应机理之一,甘露聚糖结合蛋白(MBP)能选择性识别并结合酵母菌外壁上的甘露聚糖,从而发挥其抗感染免疫的防御机制。其分子生物学基础在于C末端C型糖识别域之间及与中央螺旋之间的作用使其方向和距离都固定,结合的糖位置也是固定的,因此只能识别一些含末端Man或乙酰氨基葡萄糖(GlcNAc)的细菌、真菌及寄生虫。

1700638232 许多血液系统的疾病被发现与细胞黏附因子有关。多细胞存在精细的细胞间网状结构,它与细胞相互接触,传递细胞内的信息。造血干细胞的分化、增殖,必须通过细胞黏附因子介导的细胞、细胞与细胞外基质及细胞因子间的相互作用,这些要素协同作用形成造血微循环,当细胞黏附因子异常时就会引起疾病。如多发性骨髓瘤与淋巴细胞功能相关抗原1(LFA-1)密切相关,而白细胞黏附不全则与LFA-1及Mac-1(CD11b/CD18)的β2亚基缺如有关;急性、慢性白血病患者体内多种黏附分子及VLA2、VLA5、VLA6、β2-ITG、HCAM等表达低下。
