1704428838 由于国家是否能够实现其在市场领域的社会控制目标在一定程度上是国家基础权力的重要反映,同时,在监管国家文献中,国家市场监管权力本身并非国家市场控制目标难以实现的全部解释,公共利益理论和中国市场经济体系确立的历史轨迹都使我们需要同时将国家基础权力对国家市场控制目标的影响纳入考察视野。因而,本书从国家建设的视角出发,通过工商所案例的研究,追溯其1949年后演变的历史轨迹,考察1949年以后国家基础权力究竟发生了何种演变、国家的社会控制能力和代理人监控能力如何影响了国家市场管理目标的实现。下一章将考察1978年以前基层市场管理机构的演变和运作。
