The nearer the bone, the sweeter the meat.
1704788559
1704788560
1704788563
1704788564
The sooner,the better.
1704788565
1704788566
1704788567
1704788568
The more,the merrier.
1704788569
1704788570
1704788573
1704788574
More haste,worse speed.
1704788575
1704788576
1704788579
1704788580
The stone gets the harder, the longer it is exposed to the weather.
1704788581
1704788582

一句,译成英文 Are you enough warm? We haven’t enough time.
1704788591
1704788592
【解答】英文不可以说 Are you enough warm?必须改成 Are you warm enough? It’s not good enough.(这不够好。)It is boiled just enough.(煮得火候恰好。)Have you played enough?(你玩够了吗?) I have time enough for the purpose. I have enough time for the purpose.
1704788593
1704788594
There is enough food for everybody.
1704788595
1704788596
There is food enough for everybody.
1704788597
1704788598
在 colloration(字的配置)上,enough 后面常接用不定词,例如:
1704788599
1704788600
Acquaintance:a person whom we know well enough to borrow from, but not well enough to lend to.(所谓熟人是熟到够向他借钱的人,而不是熟到借钱给他的人。)
1704788601
1704788602
You have done more than enough.(你做的足够有余。)We have had enough of everything.(酒醉饭饱,一切都足够了。)We had enough to do to catch the train.(好不容易才赶上了火车。)Enough of that.(够了呀!)
