附加疑问句是指对陈述句涉及的情况进一步提出疑问。附加疑问句由两部分构成,前者为陈述句,后者为问句,中间由逗号隔开。问句基本形式为系动词、助动词或情态动词+主语。当陈述句为肯定表达时,问句用否定形式;当陈述句为否定表达时,问句用肯定形式。正因为如此,附加疑问句也称为反意疑问句。
